Your Return Window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. That gives you plenty of time to try things on and make sure everything fits your style.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at support@modeaussie.com with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps. Our team handles every request personally to make sure the process is quick and easy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or style? Just let us know when you reach out and we will arrange an exchange for you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
