Do you offer free shipping?

Every single order ships free. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. We think delivery should be the easy part.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption to protect your details.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.

Can I return something if it does not work out?

Of course. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Just send us an email at support@modeaussie.com and we will walk you through it step by step.

How long do refunds take?

After your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to complete the transfer on their end.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you would like a different size or style, let us know at support@modeaussie.com and we will sort it out for you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship exclusively within Australia. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service for our local customers. If we expand to other regions down the line, our community will be the first to know.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Absolutely. Our checkout is securely powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security available. Mode Aussie never sees or stores your payment details.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

Start by checking the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your parcel still has not shown up, contact us at support@modeaussie.com and we will look into it right away.

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Get in touch with us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to help.
